Project Goals and Objectives
In general, the project aims to help in the passage of a CARP extension bill with reforms by projecting the major endorsement of the bishops and other major agrarian reform stakeholders. Specifically 1. to publish the 73 bishops letter for CARPER thru a paid ad in a major national newspaper within November, in time for Congress and Senate deliberations on CARP extension; and, 2. thru the gathering of signatures of bishop, religious and other personalities and sectors, organize new support networks for the advancement of CARP and sustainable rural development.
