Project Goals and Objectives
To reduce water pollution and enhance the vegetative cover of riverbanks, gullies, and/or tributaries of Silway River System/Watershed of Brgys. Lumakit and Rubber in Polomolok, and Brgy. Basag in T'boli, South Cotabato
Outputs and Outcomes
1. To increase vegetaton of 8.5 linear km (approx 34 ha) of riverbanks, gullies and/or tributaries of Silway River of Brgys. Lumakil and Rubber in Polomolok and Brgy. Basag in T'boli through reforestation of 3,400 bamboos, 8.500 forest trees, and 5,000 fruit trees.
2. To establish FAITH Gardens in 45 farming households and improve food access by providing cash crop assistance
3. To enforce solid waste management and riparian-related laws and ordinances by installation of 6 signanges along riparian areas (policy and environmental advocacy)
