Project Goals and Objectives
To contribute to the conservation of the last remaining block of natural forest in the Municipality of Lambunao by way of capacity building to discourage the farmers in the practice of kaingin and the use of synthetic and chemical fertilizers;
Outputs and Outcomes
1. Educate farmers on the effects of climate change, including deforestation and the benefits of restoring and preserving biodiversity through organic farming systems
- Signed attendance sheets, including basic profile of
the 70 farmers from Barangay Jayubo, Lambunao

- Assessment Report following the conduct of the
training
- Copies of modules on:
• Organic fertilizer production
• Organic extracts and concoction production
• Organic vegetable production
• Organic chicken production

2. Develop a learning and techno-demo farm site
for learning and farm tourism purposes
- Site plan including photos of the actual location
3. Develop marketing linkages for the resulting produce
-Detailed Market Value Chain from the preparation stage to the target consumer, to include mentioned linkages
4. To establish a Learning Site and Environmental Conservation Unit in the communal farm for
education and monitoring purposes
- Copy of the Forest Land Use Plan of the Municipality of Lambunao

site, subject to coordination and approval with/from FPE
