FPE Partners with DALUHAY
Posted on September 2, 2021Foundation for the Philippine Environment partners with Daluhay (Daloy ng Buhay, Inc.), a non-government organization based in Baler, Aurora – Central Sierra Madre. Using an Ecohealth approach to biodiversity conservation from ridge to reef by building its foundations in three linked pillars: Nature, Culture, and Society, Daluhay continues to progress in building the network for Marine Protected areas in Aurora province.

Posted on September 2, 2021The Foundation for the Philippine Environment (FPE) partners with Concerned Citizens of Abra for Good Government (CCAGG) whose project’s goal is to establish the Banao Indigenous Community Conserved Areas and three (3) ethnic-linguistic groups (Banao, Gubang & Mabaka Tribes) in managing their ancestral domain and register the ICCAs to the United Nation Environmental Program (UNEP) – World Conservation and Monitoring Center (WCMC).

Posted on August 20, 2020The Visayas Regional Operations (VRO) conducted an online conversation or kumustahay with its Visayas Regional Advisory Committee (VRAC) members last July 24, 2020 to determine the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic to biodiversity conservation and sustainable development (BCSD), especially in relation to the work of civil society organizations (CSOs). As BCSD front-liners, the VRAC members from regions 6, 7 and 8 shared challenges and response strategies on the ground.
